Plan your day as the tide rolls gently in and out of the bay. Smell the salt air and listen as the sounds of the beach come alive. Watch as bald eagles sore, herons wait for their perfect catch, otters play, dogs fetch and people stroll. Welcome the evening...as the lights of the Seattle skyline decorate the night sky.

Indianola is situated in a quaint, quiet, rural area just south of Kingston, on the part of Puget Sound called Port Madison. It was originally established in 1916 as a summer community for Seattleites. The Indianola dock, built when the Mosquito Fleet boats supplied the majority of transportation on Puget Sound, was easy access for weekending families. Now this local landmark has been converted for recreational use, and is the center of on-going local activity.

TAKE THE 30 MINUTE (BAINBRIDGE) FERRY FROM DOWNTOWN SEATTLE, and a short 25 minute drive to PARADISE! We’re just minutes to Poulsbo, Kingston, and Bainbridge Island. You can also take the Edmonds to Kingston Ferry, or drive around via the Tacoma Narrows Bridge. In addition, we’re approximately 90 minutes away from Sea-Tac International Airport.

Public beach access is adjacent to the property, or if you prefer, down a winding trail directly from the patio!

Bring your boat and launch it at the public boat ramp just a few blocks away. Moor it out front on our buoy!
